Taking the quiet time between seasons to update work flows, delivery processes, etc.
Working through income/expenses accounting
In-person accountability partners and groups
Setting goals for the new year
People are missing in person connections
Big purchases for tax breaks
Word of the Year - gives you an intention for the year
